In 1997, Andrea received her Bachelor of Science in Health Education, with a major in Community Health Education from Dalhousie University. Andrea then pursued a degree in Massage Therapy at the Northumberland College in Halifax, from which she graduated in 1999.
Andrea’s post-graduate courses include Myofascial Release and Deep Tissue Therapy. Andrea has volunteered for several community organizations. This has given her experience working with many different people, including those with varying degrees of special needs.

Andrea joined the Cole Harbour team in 1999 and has enjoyed the setting that allows her to maintain a strong commitment to client education and the promotion of healthy lifestyles. One of the highlights for Andrea is being able to teach "Infant and toddler massage" workshops - a great experience for any new parent, and, of course, the kids!

Andrea’s hometown is Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. In her spare time she enjoys working out and spending lots of time with her husband and their young son.
