Jeff graduated with a degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Western Ontario in 1996. Jeff worked as a physiotherapist for about a year in Ontario before embarking on a six-month backpacking tour of New Zealand and Australia. During his time there he took a course, which originated in New Zealand, pertaining to disc injuries. Upon returning to Canada, Jeff headed to Vancouver for 2 years where he focused on furthering his training as a physiotherapist, taking numerous postgraduate courses, and spending all his free time hiking, biking and skiing in the mountains.

Jeff knows the benefits of being part of a dynamic team of health professionals, having previously worked in a similar setting for five years. He joined the Elmsdale Integrated Health team in January of 2004. Jeff feels that this approach provides a superior service to the client, and thus a quicker resolution of symptoms. It is the future of health care.

Jeff grew up in a small town in Southern Ontario. Shortly after marrying his beautiful wife Susan, the "Newfie blood" in her brought Jeff to the East coast in 1999.
