Stephanie has been employed at the Cole Harbour clinic since graduating in May 1998. She enjoys working in a clinic that is located within a fitness facility as it enables her to incorporate exercise into her clients' rehabilitation programs. Stephanie welcomed the expansion to the integrated concept, and the opportunity to work amongst other health professionals. She also enjoys being a part of a centre that has as its primary objective the education and healthy lifestyle promotion of the surrounding community.

Stephanie has completed the Matheson Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE) course. FCE testing is done to determine the functional ability of an individual. She has also begun treating clients for smoking cessation through the use of acupuncture.

Stephanie conducts a Neck and Back Class at both our Cole Harbour and Elmsdale locations, and the Aquatic Therapy Class in Cole Harbour.

Stephanie is originally from Massachusetts. Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys running, weight training and paddling. She also completed the training required to become a certified Pilates instructor.
