Home Physiotherapy Services
This service is for any individual who is unable to leave their home for physiotherapy, or who requires an evaluation of their home environment for safety or mobility issues.
Services Include:
- Post-Op follow up and home program review.
- Education of the patient and caregiver on safe positioning for transfers,
movement techniques, home exercise and use of equipment.
- Assessment and recommendation for devices including wheelchairs,
scooters, and walkers.
- Recommendations for assistive devices such as bath benches, grab
bars and ramps.
- Clients are provided detailed written or videotaped instructions.
- Clients are able to contact their physiotherapist by phone at any
time with questions or concerns.
Our Home Physiotherapy services are provided by licensed physiotherapists
with extensive experience in assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal
and neurological conditions.
